Chris Frost was born in Gloucester, England, to an English mother and a father born in India to an Irish father and an American mother. For 40 years, Chris worked in business, and his first book, "Operational Risk and Resilience" was published in 1999. After retiring from the business world, he worked with a charity providing healthcare and education services in Iraq. He is an inveterate traveller and enjoys spending time in 'interesting' places such as Iraq, Ukraine, Pakistan, Nigeria, Burundi, the Arctic and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He is currently working on a historical fiction project set in Ireland, England, India, Burma, and Japan. The tale is a family saga based on the love story of James Dillon and Masako Kanou, whose relationship is tested by the painful legacies of World War II and the secrets held by their families, leading them to uncover a shared history of loss, betrayal, and eventual reconciliation.
