About Chris Frost
Bio
Now retired after a career as a NATO civil servant and later as a partner at PwC, I have worked across borders and institutions throughout my professional life. I have lived in Luxembourg, California, and Belgium, and travelled extensively across the Americas, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and the Far East. My grandfather, an RAMC doctor, was posted to China, India, Mesopotamia and Egypt. My father and his brother were both born in India and returned during WW2. My uncle was killed in Burma in 1943, which was heartbreaking for his mother. My father served as an Intelligence Officer in India, Burma and Indochina. His mother was born in the Bronx, abandoned and orphaned. When she was just 22, she travelled to India to marry my grandfather.
Their lives inspired my most recent novel: Forgotten Acts of Mercy
I now live in West London.
I spend my time writing, taking photographs for a charity operating in Iraq, Ukraine and Romania, helping out with the Chiswick Dogshow and spending time with my family.
