Chris Frost lives in west London with his wife, Monty the dog and two cats, MuiMui and Mika. He was born in England to an English mother and a father born in India. Chris's paternal grandfather, Augustine Frost, was Irish and married Adele Dillon in Bombay in 1915. Adele was American, having been born in the Bronx. She met Augustine in Dublin.
For 40 years, Chris worked in business, and his first book, "Operational Risk and Resilience" was published in 1999. After retiring from the business world, he worked with a charity providing healthcare and education services in Iraq. He is an inveterate traveller and enjoys spending time in 'interesting' places such as Iraq, Ukraine, Pakistan, Nigeria, Burundi, the Arctic and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
He has just finished a historical fiction project set in Ireland, England, India, Burma, and Japan. The tale is a family saga based on the love story of James Dillon and Masako Kanou, whose relationship is tested by the painful legacies of World War II and the secrets held by their families, leading them to uncover a shared history of loss, betrayal, and eventual reconciliation. He is looking for representation.
Chris is now working on a SciFi trilogy:
Sebastian Wyndham receives an unexpected email from his sister, who has made a troubling discovery. While clearing out their late mother’s house, she found a mysterious envelope addressed to him, hidden behind a framed sketch of their father. The sketch, signed by a seaside artist and dated, suggests that the envelope has been there for forty years. Inside the envelope lies a folded letter.
When Sebastian finally opens the envelope, he has no idea that he is about to embark on a journey jam-packed with dark secrets, threats to his life, and an unforeseen revelation that will alter everything he believed to be true.
With time running out and the odds stacked against him, Sebastian must navigate a world of espionage, ancient secrets, and impossible choices. The future of Earth—and possibly the survival of humanity—rests in his hands.
