I have once again changed the title of my two family saga. I started off with 'Entanglment', which reflected the ways that the lives of the people in each family became entangled. Feedback was that the word is now too linked to the idea of quantum entanglement.

Next, I tried 'Forgotten Acts of Mercy'. Feedback was that this title gave readers no clue that a good chunk of the book is set in and around WW2. I chose Forgotten as it reflected the name given to the British 14th Army, which fought in Burma and became known as the 'Forgotten Army'.

I have now landed on 'Children of the Forgotten War'. My two main protagonists are children of men who fought in WW2 - on opposite sides.
